Welcome to the Website of the Agricultural Extension and Communication Study Program (AEC SP) Faculty of Agriculture, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. AEC SP improves the quality of education based on internal quality assessment and external audity from BAN PT of the Ministry of Education and Culture with with “Excellent”  accreditation from 30 March 2025 and limited until 30 March 2030 and has also succeeded in achieving international accreditation ASIIN from 10 October 2024 and limited until 30 September 2030.

ASIIN is an international accreditation institution based in Germany that has been widely recognized in assessing the quality of study programs in the fields of engineering, mathematics and science, agriculture, and biology. The achievement of the Agricultural Extension and Communication Study Program is an acknowledgment of the institution’s commitment to providing quality education, with global standards, and oriented towards increasing the competitiveness of graduates at the national and international levels.

The education has been implemented using Outcomes Base Education (OBE) approach to a graduate students with competency and to mastery on the program Educational Objectives (PEO) specified. The implementation of research and community services are led to support the education process on Universitas Sebelas Maret as World Class University (WCU). Performance indicators, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings (WUR) and QS Asia University Rankings (QS AUR), become a standard reference to be WCU. In turn, hopefully this website can be beneficial and a mean for media communication to inform the progress of Agricultural Extension and Communication Department.
